Advanced technological solutions and latest generation components are the strong point of our ironing systems (for domestic, semi-professional and professional use).
Our professional products are made with a stainless steel shell and a copper boiler with an external anti-scale resistance. These features are the best solution for demanding customers who need high-performance and long-lasting products, shorter waiting times for steam production, efficient anti-scale systems and energy saving for daily use.
The exceptional dry steam, which is equivalent to the one employed in laundries, allows not only to iron the toughest fabrics with a single stroke, but also to prevent clothes from staying damp: to iron with quality, speed and minimal effort is our main goal. All our ironing systems feature an electric iron with steam barrier (to perform vertical ironing as well), double switches for dry use and indicator lights warning when steam is ready and when water is running low. A simple maintenance makes them last forever.

4a - IRONING BOARDS - AT series

AT series ironing boards are made of chrome-plated metal with high transpiration worktops featuring a special steel mesh. The boards received a special cataphoresis anti-rust treatment making the worktop resistant to corrosion and to the soleplate's high temperature, so that it stays intact over time.
The large chrome-plated support tubes, up to 40 mm in diameter, offer excellent stability and great lightness, making the whole structure easy to fold and move. Each board is equipped with a solid boiler base, a wide work surface to lay out linen, an extremely smooth cover and adjustable height to 7 / 8 positions. Excellent results can be obtained thanks to the heated worktop and the engine for vacuuming and blowing that comes with some models (AT07, AT08 e AT09).

4b - PROFESSIONAL IRONING BOARDS - AS series

AS series ironing boards feature a heated worktop with automatic temperature control regulated by a thermostat (min. 30°C- max. 90°C) and a powerful vacuuming engine.
These functions allow to soften the fibers, to reduce the steam condensation and also to hold the fabric tight for a more comfortable, quick and better-quality ironing. Some models have a second powerful blowing engine that creates a warm air cushion to rejuvenate wool fibers, give thickness and softness to light fabrics and treat velvet and dark garments by eliminating the risk of shiny reflections.
The models with rectangular worktops optimize ironing on blankets, sheets and curtains, while some models also come with a handy vacuuming and blowing arm.
AS series ironing boards have an adjustable height and a solid boiler base fitted with wheels which make it easier to move and store them. Their excellent stability is due to the presence of a wide leg support that features a garment holder as well.

5a - INDUSTRIAL IRONING TABLES - TP series

AEOLUS offers a large variety of models and solutions to meet the needs of many businesses: industrial laundries, ironing centers, knitwear factories, clothing industries, and accommodation facilities in general. The three TP series models feature a heated surface, two powerful engines for vacuuming and/or blowing, an industrial iron, a universal sleeve-ironing arm with extension, an adjustable linen holder and two opposite control groups, each one consisting of three platforms.

5b - INDUSTRIAL IRONING TABLES - TR series

The TR series (8 models) features a rectangular worktop available in different sizes with a new “open net” steaming system to generate an immediate and uniform steam jet. On demand, all models come with several accessories, as for example a LUX cord support paired with light, the Steamy steam brush, a professional iron and/or a steam gun. The models are designed according to the garment areas they are needed to operate on: generic, trousers, collars and cuffs, waistline etc., but they can also be customized to meet specific requests. Press functions can also be adjusted (timer and pressure) according to the user's needs. Our ironing presses are designed to be connected to a steam source; standard models are fitted with a pneumatic- closing system and a hands-safety frame (models with manual closing are also available). To optimize ironing times and quality, they operate with a steam-heated upper surface and a vacuuming lower surface. A special anti-corrosion aluminium alloy for the soleplate, the soft three-layer steel wool coating, the electronic control of temperatures and the roller rotation all contribute to keep the ironing surface stable, maintain the right ironing temperature and reduce energy consumption significantly. All models have temperature adjustment, depending on the use of the equipment, while the special coating with NOMEX transpiring sheets allows to transform the standard shell ironer into a self-drying system.
To ensure the maximum safety for the user, the device is equipped with a roller-blocking pedal, a finger safety rod, an electric safety thermostat and a mushroom-shaped emergency push button.
