for statistical purposes only, and is not used to identify people. The user may reject cookies by selecting the
appropriate settings on their browser, although this may prevent them from using all the features of the
website. By visiting this website, the user agrees to the treatment of data by Aeolus Appliances for the
methods and purposes described above.
Personal data are collected for the purposes of the Agreement execution, as well as for functional purposes of
AEOLUS activity, including the promotion and sale of products and services offered by AEOLUS. The
treatment will be carried out through data collection and processing, by means of paper, IT and telematic
supports..
In the context of such treatment, personal data may be disclosed to organizations and individuals for the
following purposes:
- product storage and transmission activities;
- management of payment transactions, including banking and financial institutions;
- fraud control and credit recovery and protection.
Stakeholders may exercise the rights provided by the law on privacy, including the right to ask for confirmation
of the existence of their own personal data at AEOLUS headquarters, and to obtain the update, correction,
addition or elimination of data. These rights may be exercised by means of a written communication sent to
AEOLUS headquarters or a request submitted to AEOLUS Customer Care. The holder of personal data
treatment is EOLO Elettrodomestici S.r.l. with registered office in Florence, Italy.
AEOLUS products' warranty is valid from 2 to 7 years from the date of purchase, depending on the device. In
case of need for repair, the warranty certificate or the purchase receipt/invoice need to be provided together
with the product. The warranty does not include product defects, damages and breakages that occurred due
to incorrect and improper use, for failure to comply with the warnings and conditions of use indicated in the
user’s manual, for incorrect installation or maintenance, for repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel.
During the warranty-covered period, AEOLUS agrees to repair or replace parts of the product with
manufacturing defects – free of charge – once the product has been evaluated by our Technical Assistance
Center.
AAEOLUS works to ship the purchased products within 3 working days after receiving the payment, depending
on the product purchased and the country of destination. Our company works with the best international
couriers to ensure a first-rate delivery service.
Items are shipped via standard or express service, and the delivery times may vary depending on the
customs clearance procedures, where present.
Upon delivery, please accept the parcel “under conditions” in case of visible signs of damage on the box, and
check the product in all its parts. Any issue related to physical integrity, matching or completeness of the
products received must be reported to AEOLUS within 48 hours from the delivery, via email or WhatsApp.
Photos of the package, the product and the courier labels showing the bar code have to be sent as
attachments. This allows AEOLUS to make a claim against the courier company for product damage, where
necessary.
